If we're talking Prog Rock gentleman there's only one we should be discussing. Hey. Hey. You know! Hey.

We must have similar taste in music. Phil Colins great, Bruce Springstein crap.

Chad Smith must be up there as well.

Was at this gig. He could go on like this all day it seemed ... impressive He and Flea were still playing after the rest of the band were at the bar as well.

Quite, have you seen Portnoy play a Hello Kitty drum kit ?

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Excellent troll attempt but I'm onto you. No mate. A better rock drummer than Peart does not exist. Even the fact that you have asserted that means I have to power off this laptop now and chuck it on the compost heap. VDU also. Ah well it had a good run.

Yes yes. This is what drummers will tell you. PC's album Face Value was one of best. Brilliant songs, excellently performed and all a bit "different".

                      Same here.

I never liked Genesis until Gabriel left & then I heard the Paperlate EP and my life was never the same again.

Though I rate Collins as a drummer, it's his vocal range that I admire; that combined with the arrangements on "Can't Hurry Love" puts Phil Spctor and The Supremes' version to shame IMO.
