Good start to the day - 12 mile cycle to work. Then rowed 2.5km (inspired by Dallas). Fruit for breakfast.
I even managed to bring in saccharine for my tea. Not that I fancy a cup of that yet. With sugar I would have had 2 by now.Comment

Sweeteners taste foul - it's worth drinking another hot drink i.e herbal teas if you can't stand normal tea without sugar.Originally posted by BrilloPad View Post

But I did do 1600m swim in 43 minutes for lunch - so far today I have only eaten fruit, salad and tea with saccharine.
But if I get to join the girls squad I will try harder! I presume I get use of the showers too?
Can I publish your list of vomit inducing sets here please? Others might find them useful.....Comment
