For 2013 I recommend shorting Cadburys. A little birdy tells me that there may be a 20% consumption drop in the UK for the first few months of the year. Sell.

See now this is where it gets weird, I don't necessarily eat badly, lost my sweet tooth a while ago, more likely to crave savoury foods than sweet, my problem has always been portion control.

Maybe you should give up sucking off strangers in the gents loos outside your Clientco?

        Just saying like.

Does one eat diet before or after main meals?

I have the same problem, plus i eat too quickly.

I tried reducing portions to "normal" size, but ended up going hungry so gave up on the dieting. Instead, i cut back a little at a time, but the biggest change was what i was eating. I cut back on what constituted my meal. I added more veg, and drastically cut back on the carbs, i try to only eat bread at the weekends now, and substitute the main carbohydrates for less calorific alternatives. Swede mash is a good alternative for mash, and contains about 1/3 of the calories.

I tried a lot of things, but if i feel like i am "going-without" too much then i fail.

I've also found that eating your main meal in the middle of the day and having a light snack preferably without carbs in the evening helps.

Upping water intake is always good as the body often confuses dehydration with hunger. Switch your carbs from bread and pasta to rice and oats. Just simply watching your portion sizes helps a lot.

Find summat you enjoy exercise wise and you'll really notice the difference.

Looks like a nice day out there.

No excuse for all you lardies not to start your New Year with a light, healthy breakfast followed by a nice, brisk, invigorating walk.
