I lost 4lbs over Christmas and I have no idea how, I did not train nor monitor my diet but being as I was at home I was not having my lunchtime baguet which I think might be the cause!
Losing weight is easy, consume fewer calories than you use. Doing it is difficult so people look for easy ways out (crash diets etc).
However, if you want to lose weight and keep it off then you will need to change things long term. Perhaps have a crust with soup but make it a smaller one etc?
