No booze until Valentines Day for me. Not dieting, just avoiding the alcohol, chocolate and salt.
...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

Good start to the day - 12 mile cycle to work. Then rowed 2.5km (inspired by Dallas). Fruit for breakfast.

I even managed to bring in saccharine for my tea. Not that I fancy a cup of that yet. With sugar I would have had 2 by now.

Sweeteners taste foul - it's worth drinking another hot drink i.e herbal teas if you can't stand normal tea without sugar.

That way you con yourself into thinking that the alternative hot drink taste is normal.

The worst thing is it took 10:27 to be the 2.5k. But I did do 1600m swim in 43 minutes for lunch - so far today I have only eaten fruit, salad and tea with saccharine.

But if I get to join the girls squad I will try harder! I presume I get use of the showers too?

Can I publish your list of vomit inducing sets here please? Others might find them useful.....

I'm going to try this - Bread is my downfall.... along with cheese, wine, and a zillion other things but cutting it out through the week has to be a good thing.
