Write down a log of all your dealings with them. Keep it factual and non-emotional (tough I know)
Then go to Trading Standards with the log and send a copy to Watchdog on the BBC.
I followed that course with the now thankfully defunct Tiny Computers (I received a reply from the beeb advising that they were adding my details to their already large dossier), but amazingly within a few days the problem was resolved following intervention by Trading Standards.
Write to them give them 7(?) days to pay.

yep done the first thing. It's not so much the money as the principle and the way they hang on to your money and avoid giving it back to you. I will make sure the way they treated me spreads as far and wide as possible.

I never understand why people dont go straight to them, otherwise you're running the risk of amateur attempts and sending something that ends up working against you.
