I had the wrong engine fitted to a car once. I only noticed changing an exhaust bracket. Straight onto Trading Standards did the job.

The directors are involved with more than a dozen other companies, a majority of them formed in 2012. All worthless/no accounts filed.

The previous company 06673293 Floors 2 Go Ltd is listed as non-trading and has 2 CCJs against it with a value of £1200. The parent company of Floors 2 Go Ltd, 06431362 Floor My Home Ltd had 2 CCJs worth £1500, went into administration in August 2011 and was subsequently wound up in August 2012.

You can make up your own mind on the above activity, but suffice to say we would not be buying any flooring from them!
The only debt collection & credit control company recommended by Contractor UK.

Think I'd go with the chargeback option.

If paid by credit card, this would be our choice.

Went down to the place today demanding my money back and causing a fuss. Even sat at the entrance for a while but still no money back. Going to send a letter before action to both head office and branch today.

hand out leaflets stating the facts of your situation and the details about their accounts.

                  otherwise its defamation.

You don't know how tempted I am to do that.......

I am just thinking it is more trouble than it's worth for the time being - though I have never been so enthusiastic about telling others how bad the company is. I have been lied to them constantly for about 4 weeks now... If anybody can suggest a legal way to take down this company then please let me know.

sorry no legal ideas but a baseball bat, sound proof room and the manager may make you feel better!
