              They are not shifting car jobs to China there are more jobs here and more jobs there.

              The article is about Tata closing down another unprofitable part of Corus / British steel or 30 years of underinvest comes home to roost.

                    Not really. I dont think Tatas are that clever. Error in judgement is more likely to be the case. From what I recall, the annual income of Corus Steel was much higher than Tata Steel but they still went ahead with the purchase so they could compete with Arcelor Mittal.
