Originally posted by Gentile View PostI've heard of some lazy sponsorship proposals, Simon (e.g. one fully grown man I worked with wanted me to pay him so much per hour for being silent one time). But being paid for getting up late and failing to shave is a new one on me. Whatever you may think about raising money for an organisation staffed largely by paedophiles, at least Brillo nearly killed himself for his sponsorship money. If it weren't for the good cause, I'd say you were taking the piss. Maybe I can raise some money for breast cancer by not shaving my armpits.
I do hope so because Movember has been an expensive month for me in recent years as a good few of my mates do this."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Its strange how people raise millions, billions? for cancer research and yet any drugs that come out always cost £1000s a dose. Strange that.
Thats why I dont give money to anything like this as it seems to be a complete con.Comment
