To answer the OP, anytime is a good time to bug your MP about IR35 but we will never get anywhere with it. HMRC have made their case well and we never have and never will have any significant influence over the matter.

I think we can conclude the fact you can sell you land for much more than you bought it is a minor flaw in what is really as close to an utopian economic system as we have seen.

After all coming up with an economic system that has so few problems compared to our current woes is a feat not be sneezed at.
