          I don't. I also don't think that short term, often unsecured, loans at very high interest can be called a 'mutually beneficial agreement'.

                      by the same argument you could also say Heroin dealers enter in a mutually beneficial agreement with junkies, however I would hope you would agree that its not the sort of thing you would promote?
