It's nice that in a thread about bullying you find somewhere to fit in.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishing -

Sometimes you need a bigger bully (the union) to put a stop to things.
If a child is bullied at school (I've seen threads on here about that), no one advises "don't worry it will make you stronger" it's either hit the bully back or go to the head teacher. cf. get the Union involved / complain to HR.
But I respect your POV. I just don't agree with it.

Either your sense of humour is completely unfunny or you're a complete cock.Originally posted by d000hg View PostJeez, how long have you been on CUK and you can't tell an obvious joke?
I know which one my money's on.
Then there's the strong possibility of both being true.Hard Brexit now!

Well, this is not good advice but having performed à number of menial factory jobs in my youth, I'be been in this situation à few times.
The Buggeridge solution was always to go out all guns blazing and have the last laugh.
There was à particularly spiteful woman in a cheese packing factory in which I once worked who had it in for me.
Anyhow, wé used to stand next to à conveyor belt on which would be transportéd big blocks of cheese from an adjoining room by way of à curtained orifice in the wall.
Well, after à brief lull in production whilst the assembled workforce was stood twiddling its collective thumb, the conveyor starts up and instead of the expected block of cheese emanating from behind the curtain, there's old Buggeridge completely starkers, flat on his back processing towards the shrink wrapper with his Little Duke on full display.
I fortunately managed to get off before I was processed any further.
I was duly escorted off the premises. Was worth it though just to see the look on that old harradan's face.Comment

I said you were bullying, not that I felt bullied. I've a thicker skin than to be upset by your referred inadequacy.Originally posted by sasguru View PostAm I bullying you? Why don't you grow a pair?

Have to say, what a crock of tulipe. Victimisation at work, in any form, is not a learning experience.Originally posted by milanbenes View PostBolshie,
I think this might be contributing to the problem,
'I honestly feel like going down there and giving her a taste of Bolshie's right fist.',
you see, if you solve all of your son's battles then he's not going to learn the skills necessary to get him to the top
I would forget the Union
treat this as a learning experience for your son, getting through this on his own merit and with mentoring from Dad will make him stronger for the future and give him the foundations of skills to solve future battles

Very difficult situation as he's probably scared to do so. Trying to solve it himself / hoping it goes away won't work.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.
