Yes! I was wondering when some clever person would put me on the spot!Originally posted by k2p2 View PostSo, what's the next challenge?
First is recovery. I know the pain in back is temporary - but the knee might be damaged.
I need to lose weight. When I went injured 3 months ago I put on 5kg in 3 weeks. I could not lose it as I had to train. Now I am cutting out carbs again.
I have a hever castle olympic cycle in 6 weeks(part of white oak relay).
I need o learn to swim properly. With the effort I put in I should be able to do iron man swim in 70 minures - not 105. I have swimming lessons with white oak coach. She has already done alot - she suggested swinging(swim style).
I might have to give up running entirely - it is too hard on the back and knee. Aching muscles are fine. But I am not going to end up a cripple - well not unless I insult CM in front of Spod.....Comment

But I am easy to insult. I often wonder if I should make it harder to insult me as I know you loove a challenge....Originally posted by MarillionFan View PostNooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!

Really I want to go to church and collect sponsorship. At the moment I am naked in the front room (apart from a towel) with ac on full and 4 freezer blocks round me.
Mrs BP has just relented and bought me yoghurt - bad news if I throw up as I cannot move. She is also putting cream on my mosquito bites - I swallowed a few on the bike ride too!Comment

I'm impressed. Seriously.

I want to do this;

Anyone who is prepared to give up 18 months of their life - no alcohol, strict diet, average of 20 hours exercise a week in that time - can do it.....Originally posted by Mich the Tester View PostI'm impressed. Seriously.
