      I survived! I even did a great time! 13:36 - 1:45 swim, 5min T1, 6:20 bike, 1min T2, 5:25 run. I am in TOTAL AGONY! More to follow on my injuries....

45th! wow! of of 64 who started and 91 who were registered. I still think I beat the 69 who did the half iron man too!

When I got out of my wetsuit I could not take it off! I forgot about my timing belt. I ripped the cord - luckily right in front of the BTF marshall. I reported it and he told me to carry on. When I got to T2 the tag had a new belt on it which I put on.

        I did 1:45 swim, 0:05 T1, 6:20 bike, 0:01 T2, 5:25 run.

You did very well indeed. It's an impressive feat by anybody's standards. I hope your recovery is speedy.

Are the T1 and T2 times the number of minutes taken to transition from water -> cycling and cycling -> running?

Well done BP by the way. Great effort.

                Very well done indeed.
