Julian Assange's celebrity backers face losing £240,000 bail money - Telegraph

a court may rule that those who put up security money and sureties, including Jemima Khan, Ken Loach and Michael Moore, must forfeit the money their either paid or promised.
But his supporters defended his actions and likened him to the blind Chinese dissident Chen Guangcheng, who was hailed a hero after escaping house arrest to take refuge in an American embassy

Been looking into this, if only because the coverage is irritating me like fook.
The sex offence charges in Sweden do seem fairly dodgy, even of the man is a complete cock.
      They were dropped then re-opened.
And I don't agree with extraditing even cocks to the US.
      Hard Brexit now!

          Neutrality has a price.

Have you ever had any dealings with the Swedish?

Three separate courts in the UK have determined that the Swedish allegations would, if they had been brought in the UK, have been sufficient for him to be charged with rape.

Once he gets to Sweden, which he will eventually, and it is found out that either the charges were false or he is found innocent and also happens to get extradited to the USA (and Sweden and the UK get US support in whatever they need), this is the act which they will be using...

The only surprising thing is that there have been no leaks from Wikileaks which actually does give credence to the possibility that the US are not putting pressure on Sweden and the UK to extradite him...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Of course the 3rd option is he's found guilty of the crimes with which he is charged, he'll be sent to a Swedish prison.

Forgpt that one which might be the best as you can't enter America with a criminal record (unless you're a 'friend')

                      A reasonably decent argument...
