I meant to say the idea of going on a trip, not a full year out..... (look at my earlier posts)

        Eh?

I thought I'd put it would be better for them academically i.e. it would be better for their grades?

Without going into my, and my wife's, education, I think we'd be very well equiped to educate them academically. I would also have thought the trip itself, with the historical and cultural elements, would be great for them, and far better than any classroom could offer. This, coupled with the curriculum from the education department, would surely mean it would be better for their grades?

if they are not learning the specific subjects with specific areas the rest of the class is learning they will be behind the others surely, so it’s irrelevant if you could teach them interesting and fun stuff and improve them.

NZ for 8 weeks a weeks either side of summer would be amazing IMO.

and like all the other guesses in your life, wrong on all aspects.

No wonder your kid doesn't look like you. If I were caith, I'd be shagging around too.

              Sad, pathetic permie

But armed with the curriculum, I am sure we could follow the subject areas.

MZ sounds great, went there as a singleton in the 80's and had a bundle of fun.

                      possibly.

Was in NZ about a year ago and it's a fabulous country and you can see it all with very little time on the road, which I would guess would be handy with young children.
