Carr has simply used a system to his benefit to move his money to his advantage which is not illegal.

It might be "legal" in a sense that "tax evasion" can't be proved beyond reasonable doubt but "the scheme might not work" and he'll end up with lots of penalties which I sincerely hope will happen - so it won't be "illegal", but he'd (hopefully) will need to pay full whack of tax + fines on that money.

This is the point you miss, tax on money moved between individuals and companies is varied to a highly complex and variable level.

I think the chap is a throbber to be honest, these tax systems are not ones that I have used but to pluck him out of his group to be painted as a villian when others are blatently racist is farcical.
