The t&c's don't say that at all. What they do say is that a contractor should never admit to or give the impression of being sick


On a slightly related note, a few years back I felt like I had a really bad chest cough and phoned the client to tell them I wouldn't be in that day but would definitely be in the day after.
About 30 minutes later my wife was calling an ambulance for me
