Open letter to those who think that the word "Paki" is illegal.

So because it's illegal in one place that automatically means it's not everywhere else? Good logic skillz.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishing -

Indeed people have the right to the vote for thugs, and also the right to criticise them.So your sources are from skewed far left media outlets? BBC are well known for their heavy bias. You might as well just cite a daily mail article.
Regardless of what anyone thinks about far left or right groups and those that go beyond democracy (Im sure we can all agree EDL do?) then that is for the benefit of the country. Civil wars and revolutions have often through history changed things for the better such as the French revolution or the US civil war to free the slaves. All went well beyond democracy but the actions changed history and made those countries better.
Also as I said before, no political group is respectable. They are all full of paedophiles, lady boy lovers, corrupt thieves who siphon tax payers money through charities and yes, racists as well. The only difference between the groups is the advertising revenue and the amount of members. They are all essentially handpuppets.
Finally, if someone wants to vote for a skinhead, raving lunatic, cat lover (monster raving loonies), kiddy fiddler, etc etc, then although some of us may disagree with their choice, that is their democratic right that must be protected. These far right and left groups exist because people feel that way. They may be prohibited from expressing those feelings in a violent outburst, but they have a fundamental right that no-one has the right to shame or withdraw to voice their view for who they wish to represent them in a democratic chamber. For example, I despise labour voters intensely, however I would never try to intimidate them not to cast that vote.
I feel this is a moot point anyway because the BNP will never have enough candidates to make a dent in parliament, let along a majority ruling. Even a UKIP/BNP/ED coalition doesnt have enough candidates to ever seize power.Last edited by BlasterBates; 14 March 2012, 07:28.I'm alright JackComment

This is great this is, people are that stupid, they think it ok to say yes, I used a term deemed racist in law, but it is ok as I used it in a different context.
OK, shall we list where the term is used illegally Churchill? I recall a mancunian being banned form using the word, who then did some shower time at HMP as he called a police officer a paki. So, away from a football ground, the man was banned from using the word, and eventually jailed for using the term 'paki'.
I would have thought we've arrived at the point in our countrys history that there is a sufficient understanding of how using the term ‘Paki’ can be offensive and I was rather hoping few are oblivious enough, stupid enough, to use the term without an awareness of the ensuing impact.
I'm out mate, you are a cock of the highest order, no doubt, but this just outs you as someone so vile, I don't even want to be tainted by association. You are a relic son and no representation of this country I recognise, a country I thought had moved on.Comment

Use of the word "Paki" in football match chants is racially offensive, the high court ruled yesterday as it ordered magistrates to convict a fan previously acquitted on grounds that the term was no more insulting than "Brit, Aussie or Kiwi".In a highly unusual move, Stoke-on-Trent magistrates court - where the district judge argued that "Paki" was merely a shorthand expression for someone from Pakistan - was initially ordered to pay costs for the appeal brought by the director of public prosecutions (DPP). It subsequently agreed costs would be determined at a later date.
The case, brought under the Football Offences Act 1991, established that even without accompanying swearing or insults, chants on football terraces incorporating the word were racist and illegal."It is odd and a shame that this is so in this country," Lord Justice Auld told the high court yesterday, "but the unpleasant context in which it is so often used has left it with a derogatory or insulting, racialist connotation.
"It is also all too familiar an expression to the courts, used as it so often is as a prelude to violence, whether provoking or offering."
The appeal arose from a match between Port Vale and Oldham Athletic in October last year at Port Vale's ground in Burslem when up to 100 home supporters began chanting at Oldham fans: "You are just a town full of Pakis." Oldham had been the scene of race riots in May 2001.Comment

And you as denseOriginally posted by Churchill View PostYou really are as stupid as you sound.
Explain chinky to me then gaylord.
You see, with most racists, you get the comment, then the anger, then the denial, then the justification, soon you'll get understanding, then the enlightenment.
Only then will you realise what a true **** you areComment

When we told Churchill and Zoiderman to pack it in, we meant it. The length of the ban will be determined after mods and admin have discussed it.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

I gotta say the pc lot are really getting over zealous with their use of the red card for things which without their vivid paranoid imagination would have no more underlying meaning than the original friendly intention with which they've always been associated
