            ah well
            I used to work on radar, the big worry was always getting yer nads fried.
            If we ever had to stand in front of the dish, we used to hold up a flourescent tube. If the kit is transmitting, the tube will light up. spooky, like something out of doctor who or something.

              denial of service weapon ? probbly designed to blow out the crystals in an enemy radar or radio - possibly

              possibly a jammer. it doesnt have a parabolic dish
