I'm not an anorexic guy where you can see bones sticking through (eww hate that look), but there isnt much meat on me and family members always tease me for my chicken ankles and wrists. Ive tried nearly everything to build weight and muscle especially on my chest, but if I ever gain weight, it all goes to my stomach and thighs and nowhere else.
The only thing I havent tried yet is that whey protein fad, looks expensive!Comment
