If you read the registration page you'll see they claim to manually process each person before their page goes live - you submit a CV and they create the online profile for you.

Daren, what exactly do you have so far? Is it literally just a page with an email form or do you have any kind of back-end?

How are you going to market this?

2.Not every recruiter will use linked in, we are not talking agents here.
3.So what if im wrong, and it doesn't work.
4.Ive had loads of C.Vs sent to me, so I have something to start with.
5.Ive had a few calls about work from this.

No the worst thing you can do is to launch something so half baked that everyone laughs. Then even if you make it to the point that you have a viable product people will ignore you because of their first impression.
