Still doing the woodpecker impressions too - there looks to be quite a dent in the side of the box (front right on picture), but difficult to tell how deep it is.
    Impressive.

You might want to have a word with Cliphead about sorting your technology thing. He had all sorts of stuff hanging off the back of his website.

Yep - think we're just about there. IP convertor now working on public IP, but streaming quality variable - guess there's bandwidth issues. Seems OK as long as there's not too much movement.

If anyone wants to give it a go, PM me and I'll send you the IP / password, but TBH you're probably not going to see much - we know when to look because we can see the outside of the box from the window. Might be more fun if/when we get babies. Also, software is tulip and needs activeX, so only really likely to work on IE.

I watched my shed mouse sneaking peanuts last night. Unfortunately forgot to change the record schedule on the DVR so it didn't record. Looked really creepy in IR, jet black body and glowing white eyes.

We put up two bird boxes in January, both of them have families of Blue Tits in, plus we have another nesting pair under the gables and a pair in a hole in the brick wall at the side of the garage. Spring is definitely here.

              Your camera is excellent.

Proper nest now - I reckon there will be eggs within the next few days. Pics will follow!

                  Breaking news:

Tits shagging on the branch outside the nestbox! Now off to google how long between mating and egg laying.

                    And the answer is:

Apparently they lay one a day, and don't start incubating till the batch is complete.
