Debt is only eroded is there is more money - increased purchasing ability via higher salaries OR drop in currency so local assets become cheaper to foreigners who hold real currencies.

Inflation in UK right now just erodes living standards and makes debt even more expensive because people have to use "payday" companies that advertise 2100% APR on TVs.
No, what you are saying is that it makes new borrowing more expensive. Existing debt is cheaper in real terms. But as I said, if incomes do not keep up with it, that does not make the debt easier to service. However, while debts become no easier to service, everything else becomes more expensive to buy. So debt becomes cheaper than everything else, regardless of what your income is.

I think you need to compare country relatively where they were 50-60 years ago and where they are now.

I'd say this country gone down much further since it was so much higher up - all thanks to idiots like yourself who think the City is the way to make money from hot air.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

No stop! My ribs are hurting now.

You come out with that crap when its obvious that they have been sponging and living above their means for years.
Did Greece, Spain and Portugal suddenly develop a a powerful industrial economy over the last 50 years?

I think calling you a cretin is an insult to cretins.

Yes that must explain explosion in pay day companies like Wonga offering "Representative APR 4214%"
