Someone posted a link here a while back listing a couple of companies that let you run free searches on UK Ltd companies that shows their turnover and P&L for the year etc. Can't find that thread - anyone know what they were? Thx

Companies House - only costs £1 per document, no VAT too.
Turnover isn't necessary part of abbreviated accounts submitted to CH.Comment

Clearly not the free service the OP was talking about.Originally posted by AtW View PostCompanies House - only costs £1 per document, no VAT too.

If paying £1 per company info from the authoritative source isn't free for you then you should have no business analysing it in the first place.Originally posted by d000hg View PostClearly not the free service the OP was talking about.Comment

Sigh. Maybe try reading this thread from the top, more slowly? Nobody said £1 is a lot, but the OP is asking for help finding a specific site.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Read two words from the domain name of this site:Originally posted by Mr.Whippy View Postread those 4 bold words one after the other

It's not cheapskatesuk.com - even permies should be able to afford to buy company info for £1 (close to cost of Mars bar in vending machine).
£1 per company document is the same as free, in fact it's better than free - with this token gesture you support Companies House that processes all documents in the first place.Comment

He asked for turnover too yet, abbreviated reports don't show that, hence that free site AND even Companies House won't be correct answer to what the OP wants.Originally posted by d000hg View PostSigh. It's pathetic really - in most countries such valueable data isn't even available, yet in this country it can be had for a quid yet someone who is supposedly a contractor who can easily bill £1 for 1 minute of work would lower himself to go cheapskate route?
I am going to write now a stern letter to the admin demanding immediate bans to all involved in this thread.Comment
