My view is that business that provides valueable information should be supported especially when the cost is very much token £1.

Let's put things in context - anybody who'd want to view other companies info would do it for a reason that most likely involves thousands of pounds, in many cases far far more, in which case why being a cheapskate and get data through some free site when known official source sells data for token fee of £1?

It doesn't matter how cheap it is, it doesn't satisfy the OP's requirement for a free site, does it?

Or more likely, he's just nosing how much money contractor colleagues have stashed in their LtdCo bank account? and cant be arsed to pay for it?

It's not cheapskatesuk.com - even permies should be able to afford to buy company info for £1 (close to cost of Mars bar in vending machine).

£1 per company document is the same as free, in fact it's better than free - with this token gesture you support Companies House that processes all documents in the first place.

Are you blind or stupid or both ?? OP knows companies house etc, he wants to know about one specific site. If your search engine can find that info then let him know or shut up.

            Bit harsh.

AtW started the query a few hours ago. If you come back on Tuesday the 1st ten results will have been returned.

OPs requirement also to see turnover which is not shown in abbreviated accounts.

Well, in this case he should not be so nosey and if he is then should be prepared whole quid for the data.

If you want to do serious research into company registrations, accounts, ownership etc you probably need a subscription to Mint:

Free trials are available I see.

That's acceptable as a valid marketing approach so long as the user has honest intention to evaluate the product with a view to continue into paid subscription.
