The product I deal with at our mutual client never got handed over to them. A company employing tens of thousands of people edged out by a guy working in his front room!

OP, I would be interested to know whether this would have happened had the bank not been propped up by the taxpayer?
i.e. did this manager who chose Wipro over local contractors believe he was getting better value for money from Wipro, or whether he was doing it to appease his (government) paymasters.

And if he thought he was getting better value, was he right? Wipro can't have gone from nothing to a multi-billion pound company in a couple of decades without doing something right surely?

        Hollow laugh...

Yes they can. Allegedly the business model is :

        (a) Abuse the ICT system to bring in non-specialist workers
        (b) Pay them their home rates and UK expenses.
        (c) Put them up in shared accomodation to miniise the actual cost while telling UKBA they are paying market rate per person
        (d) Ensure nobody ever sees an employee payslip.

        then

        (e) Sell your staff on as qualified resources at roughly half the cost of the local workforce since your cost of employement is well under a third of the local suppliers
        (f) persuade the client that outsourcing moves costs off bottom-line to revenue so saving them money
        (g) Ensure you take every opportunity to gain incomce: for example, don't update an app, rewrite it from scratch
        (h) make sure you take full advantage of inept senior politicians who believe you aren't actually screwing a whole, highly successful UK industry into the ground but are delivering skills that simply don't exist in the UK.

Of course this is all suppostion and hearsay. But the picture is remarkably consistent with observed behaviours....

I'm getting this error after I put the many data using command pattern(Coherence Incubator ).
May I teach and have the following error correspondence measure?
Moreover, may not I teach why the following error occurs and may have?

Simple RTFM would have solved that problem before it even started. Real basic stuff, TBH. But hey, these guys are cheap!
For confirmation and many good laughness to boot (until you realise what the effect is), google any functionality in SAP, SQL Server or ORACLE/MySQL and peruse some of the threads.

Join a few 'specialist' groups in LinkedIn and see the same...

A good a summary as I have ever read on the subject. If they were actually any good I would see the point but from my experience it really is the Emperor's new clothes.

              They are not good value.

Wipro charge the bank £260 a day for an 8 hour professional day.

Plenty of guys around who would be happy to undercut that.

I walk out of my office look around and its like downtown Delhi.

One more email email asking me to do the needful or necessary and I'm coming in with my 12 guage.

Maybe you should find another contract if you find it that off putting...I am sure there are some other guys from "Downtown Delhi" that would relish the opportunity

Plenty more where they came from. I guarantee that you will run out of shells before they run out of bobs willing to sleep 10 to a house for next to fsck all. When you see where they live back home, you realise why they do it.

I won't work with any of the companies that pull the visa stunt out of principle. When one of the resource managers at my current client tried the Knowledge Transfer visa line to give me some cheapness from Chennai. I told him that if he did I would be having a word with the UK border agency, having the poor sods sent home, and his company reported for abuse of the system.
