The word "Bob" is used on here in a semi-racist fashion. I don't suppose Bob gives a crap if you underestimate him though, eventually there'll be enough good Bobs to put you all out of a job.

When it's used to generally portray Indian nationals in a negative way, I don't think it is acceptable. It wasn't TiroFijo's use of "Bob" that triggered the deletion - and infraction - it was the way he used it, which I considered crossed the line.
