Oh it was one of those type of nights, no wonder MF felt left out and inadequate

Oh dear.

I left work on the bike an hour ago to travel the three miles across country through the woods and over the iron age hill before coming in to home and I've got lost.

Oh bugger. I must have turned left instead of right at the fork in the woods and now I'm 6 miles from home. Even worse I appear to have picked up a puncture. Oh bother, what are the odds.

Luckily the puncture has happened right outside a nice pub. A kindly fella who is at the next table has offered me an inner tube and will drop it down in an hour when he comes back to the pub, and for the life of me I can't remember where they are in the house. I've told the missus there's no
point coming to pick me up now as it would be a bad show not to hang around for this good Samaritan. I'll be home in another hour and a half minimum.

Shame.
