She has not made that up. The award exists and she has won it according to this website

2008 Awards - Real Business - Women Of The Future Awards

But that does not mean she is not annoying. Being able to converse in French gave her an unfair advantage over others and she exploited it.

You make it sound like trying to win a competition is a bad thing
And speaking french was only a marginal advantage, she actually spoke English most of the time, even phoning companies and, in English, asked: "Do you speak English"

        Our Chairman
Pinky Lilani OBE, Chairman WOF Awards
We created the Women of the Future Awards in 2006 and it has become an incredibly powerful and exciting venture. Young women are shaping the future of Britain with immense energy, dedication and flair. These awards recognise thet sparkling younger generation of talent in Britiain today - and I encourage you to put yourself, your colleague/s or your friend/s forward.

It is a privilege to be patron of the Women of the Future Awards again this year. These awards are so important in providing a platform to showcase the UK's rising female stars and creating role models for the next generation. Each year I am inspired by the incredible candidates I meet. I hope everyone will get involved in this year's campaign.

It just shows she can win sexist awards based on the fact she's got tits, I bet feminists love her

            Well I think she's 'orrible.

Trouble is, she sort of gets the job done, and might squeak into the final. Crap at marketing though. If she wins she'll have Lordsugar manufacturing Sinclair C5's under licence for the Sherpa market.

My PVR decided not to record this episode for some reason, which it seems to do that quite a lot when I select 'record series'. But only once I'm lulled into a false sense of security.
