SB got suspended for being a dick. I'm actually not sure what MF did, unless it was a show of force to set an example against arguing with the mods.

It's rather confusing that a 2-day suspension shows you as "banned". Can we have a new "suspended" category so it's clear someone hasn't been kicked out forever?

FWIW I didn't really see the need to ban you unless you sent a rude PM behind the scenes.

MF & SB are great illustrations of the point I have been trying to make. I don't mind MF insulting me in a thread because he doesn't get all bitter when the roles are reversed. You can get in a dialogue with him. SB on the other hand has no interest in discussing anything, and just gets cheap thrills attacking others.

It is something we've discussed with admin - having something like 'sin-binned' instead of 'banned'. Maybe there should be a distinction between the 1, 3 & 7 day bans, and 'banned' being the permanent one.

1 Day - Got a slapped wrist
3 Day - Got a slapped arse
7 Day - Got slapped into the middle of next week.
