The air would be pushing down on the floor of the truck whether the glider was there or not

The air above the wings is moved but it is only a localised effect, so unless the glider is very close to the roof the effect would be zero

The weight of the glider is not being "magically" taken away, it is being partially supported by the reduction in forward momentum. The rest is simply not supported and results in a decrease in the gliders altitude (you can't magically have a glider which maintains altitude without external forces above the lift provided by the wings)

The weight of the glider is directed downward, no horizontal force affects that. As there is no downward acceleration, all vertical forces balance. Draw all vertical forces and cancel pairs out, none should be left unpaired : weight, air, truck, Earth. This is Newton's Third Law.

A glider can maintain height by pushing air down, so there's no need to add any slight imbalanced forces due to losing height. Any accelerations would have to brief in any case, otherwise a glider would accelerate to earth.

Yeah, HTF does MF, an almost universally despised poster become the most +ve repped, where as me, lovely as can be, gets -ve rep with comments such as "You are a strangely humourless ******".
