A discussion occurred some time ago on here where a BTL landlord recommended to others such tactics as putting pale coloured carpet down in kitchens to guarantee tenants never get their deposit back.
Quite a few of the places I have rented have had carpets in the kitchen; it is a nightmare to live with.
So, thanks for the -ve rep (another minor thing that really pisses me off); does my post make sense now?
