Exercise, outdoors if possible, and doing something you enjoy. Drink water, beer, wine, tea and coffee but try to save the spirits for special occasions. Manage your stress levels.

You will still die (probably) but you will be less stressed, fitter, happier and spend less time with a minging hangover before it happens. Quality not quantity.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I thought this was going to be an elaboration on the fortunegreen thread about "one a day"

Caloric restriction does have health benefits, in humans as well as in rats, but it has been suggested that the benefits come from the carbohydrate restriction, rather than the restriction of calories in general.

Great, but who wants to go around feeling hungry all the time?

You don't need to feel hungry. Just eat less high calorie stuff and make up the bulk with lower calorie foods.
