Wouldn't have been easier just to clap the charger on it for a couple of hours regardless, and not worry about all the physics?Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ here -
Well...
That's winter over with - still suffering from CABIN FEVER!!!
Off to client this week - I'm one week behind, I should have started winding down for Christmas last week.
I've got a few doors to open up on the Advent.
Busy, busy,busy...

I considered it, but thought it would be more hassle, especially as my car might be parked 100m away, and my charger isn't the trickle variety so I considered that it might cook my battery, though I suppose I could monitor its charge manually with a voltmeter.Originally posted by OwlHoot View PostWouldn't have been easier just to clap the charger on it for a couple of hours regardless, and not worry about all the physics?Comment

In other boring news, I bought some of that cling film secondary glazing stuff yesterday (the last one in the shop) and have secondary glazed my windows. It has made a huge difference - I don't have a wall of sinking Arctic air cascading from the windows now. But I also did the kitchen and the stuff is so airtight my kitchen is still stunk out hours after cooking. I may have to fashion a resealable hole in it somehow (near the top being best?) or take it down from the kitchen. Phew it stinks in here. [I don't cook on gas obviously]Comment

It's snowed again this morning. It had virtually all gone yesterday. Damn this never ending warming.
BTW get yourself a CTEK battery conditioner thingy. I must go and connect mine up as I haven't used the car in nearly a week. Will work inside IR35. Or for food.Comment

Coming down here with a vengeance too, between 5 and 10cm on the plus side it's only zero degrees Celsius."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

Just woke up, look out the window and there must be 3 inches of fresh snow in the last 6 hours.Comment
