Pish. Leave 'em at home when you go out, it's far easier.

You remind me so much of my best mate at home, she used to put the baby out on the back step in the pram so she didn't have to listen to him crying... she was deffo up for Mother of the Year Award!

You need to set the ground rules early. It's a well known fact that women love chocolate! You have to be firm here.

Pregnant women will tell their partners that the doctor said that they need to have as much chocolate as they want during the 9 months. It's not true. All pregnant women throw a 'baby shower' it is at this party that they swap these myths.

              The baby needs chocolate.
My feet swell up I need a foot massage
Doing the dishes is bad for me and the baby
              My mum needs to stay!

              There are loads more.

Just remember in Asia they work until the last minute in the fields, drop the sprog and are still back to make tea.

Watch these Western Womens wiley ways!
Also, when she says "I can't, there's a baby growing in there" she's talking rot. The baby won't be poked in the eye.

I believe the trick is, is to put the baby out in the sunlight. They can't keep their eyes open and are forced to fall asleep.

Yep or in a little bit of a breeze... makes them close their eyes too so they sleep!

Either you have a lot of nieces and nephews or you've been reading lots of baby books secretly.
