Make no mistake, Dawkin's life's work, bordering on obsession, is to impose his beliefs on the world. You can practically see him foaming at the mouth when he talks about religion. I'm certain that in common with many religious people, he would love to see his views shape the world for "our own good". He's a perfect example of a fanatical, evangelical atheist - the guy who would randomly change the subject to the evil of religion at a party and then harp on about it for an hour. And you could argue that because of his influence and celebrity, he is imposing in an indirect way.
I think he's an arrogant ego-maniac and thought the same when I was an atheist.

The naïve concept of infinity is that given an infinite number of universes, anything that can happen, must happen. Mathematically, this isn't the case.

I have assumed as you appear to be defending the idea of god against the atheists that you are a believer in god. Apologies if this is not the case.
I do believe in God but I was quite enjoying our more scientific/philosophical side-chat, about whether a single universe following the (string) anthropic principle is rational from a scientific point of view, or a big cop-out.

            Or that there is one?

Well I have a degree in maths so that is one. But I am asking for proof that there is no God.

If the Scientific community is going to argue that God does not exist ( that is the whole point of this campaign ) then it really has to back up it's claim by scientific proof.

Until it does so then the claim really is down to their belief which really holds no great sway arguing against a culture of belief.

Well a degree in Maths you should have some understanding of probability. Anyway, here's some suggestive proof (its OK, I know its not scientific):

"Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "

Sas, is there any guide to when you're being serious or not? A twitch of the left nostril, perhaps...
