AtW, I am so sorry for any distress that I may have caused in my preceding posts. I have now come to realise that the SKA is the future of Search Engine Technology. I want you to have my £100,000. In fact, I want to give you much more, much more. Perhaps some the slap and tickle action you ruskies seem to enjoy on those cold winter nights ? Technically you are absolute f**king genius. I salute you, your product and your future years of prosperity.Comment

A couple of WEEKS?Originally posted by AtWI've spend a couple of weeks optimising it with profiler
Oh please - let this just be a nightmare
Alex, old boy, you couldn't optimise your morning dump by correctly positioning your anus centrally above the pan!
I've SEEN your unsafe code 'so-called' optimizations - yes? remember?
AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!
You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

Make a faster version of the parser to prove your point or STFU.Originally posted by bogeymanI've SEEN your unsafe code 'so-called' optimizations - yes? remember?Comment

Now there *is* a killer product - the Ultimate HTML parser. I expect you are using the Niedorf-Bendixon parsing tree to hold the keywords and then a Ramden Muller extraction algorithm. That was the state of the art when I last implemented these things, but then that was a few years ago.Comment

No, it's a pile of ******* tulipE!Originally posted by AtWIts a high performance HTML parser
I've written little compilers, parsers, interpreters, and lexers for embedded controllers and bigger iron, and you are just full of tulipe my ole Ruski pal.
Optimised how? Do you think knowing the ASCII/ANSI code for some character and coding it as a litteral value in a case statement makes your program more efficient?
YOU DUMB ASS! It is...
*** RESOLVED AT COMPILE TIME *** !
SKA_CREDIBILITY == NULL;
BTW: ever heard of branch-tables or vectors?
Oh sorry, forgtot - you haven't done any 'real' (i.e. ASM programming) yet - but you will do - any day now! :|
Let the compiler do the work Alex, and stop showing us how clever you are!

In which case it would be easy for you to write a much faster parser than the one I release publicly. Please STFU until you do so to prove that you are not just talk, start working on it now - when you get it faster I will release internal version that is twice as fast as the free version currently available.Originally posted by bogeymanI've written little compilers, parsers, interpreters, and lexers for embedded controllers and bigger iron, and you are just full of tulipe my ole Ruski pal.
Until you can produce a faster running code (has to be cross-platform as it is used on Linux too) STFU.Comment

Oh!
STFU, STFU, STFU, STFU, STFU...
God man! What a total jerk you are!
Obviously you totally know what's best then.
I'm not very good at being constructive I suppose, but in my own sorta spastic way, I was trying to find out what SKA was about.
All I got was noise and agression.
Nasty Russian person - ughhh!
