Usual bizarre and unrelated drivel being added by the self obsessed on here. Anyway, presuming OP is serious and has managed to build a business to this level of complexity with barely a clue about business process, I would advise you to employ a part-time book-keeper, there are tons of small businesses that do this. I would prefer this to faceless payroll co.
Lots of semi-retired or part-time people with the skills would do a few hours a week, deal with queries, check all the payments etc.
Alternatively, only employ contractors/temps and ‘outsource’ this element to agencies, also enables rapid expansion/contraction as business dictates.
