Our Tesco used to do US-style boxes of glazed ring doughnuts, as opposed to sugar-sprinked lumps of chewy dough in a paper bag.

I never found any shop that has consistent doughnuts, they all tend to vary between light and delicious, and stodgy and 'wet'. Shame because a good doughnut is wonderful.

It's ok, my hairdresser (fount of all knowledge) has told me that Gregg's yum yums put in a microwave for 10 seconds almost taste the same as KK's.

        (Sadly I can't find a Waitrose either...)

The nearest Waitrose to Leeds is Otley, I think. OK if you're there with a car and a pleasant place to visit on a summer's evening. Harrogate by train if no car, also a pleasant spot at this time of year.

A brand spanking new one will open on 30th September, if you are still in that neck of the woods then.

I'm pretty sure there was one in Roundhay, but that was yeeears ago.

Well, I ended up making biscuits, but half dipped in chocolate
            They went down very well
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

There's bound to be a distributor somewhere. I'll ask my GF's mate who's their Marketing guru.
