        Yes, I'm getting very confused now. I too thought we were all in agreement that charge out rates should be centrally controlled and the state is clearly the only body with the necessary objectivity to set the correct level based on the worth of the worker to our collective society. I certainly do not call for any profession to be exempt from this process and would actively discourage that as it would not be fair.
