I wouldn't mind striking a poster that says Vote Labour if I saw one..

Maybe it's just me being inconsistent, but I detect a hint of irony about this thread. It's HEAVY irony, so can't go in LR.

I was a member of the AEEU for 12 years, when it was announced the site was to close the union managed to negotiate the bare minimum package the company was legally obliged to pay.

Unite have been just as successful so far. They've managed to cost a load of their members several days pay and the lifetime loss of some seriously good perks and have gained, well, nothing.
