    Wasn't that Platoon?

My daughter watched that film for her History GCSE.

That scene was horrible I agree.

The end of Cannibal Holocaust is quite nasty.
There's a couple of bits in Ichi the Killer, but mainly when Kakihara cuts off his own tongue.
Irreversible is the only film I've switched off and come back to later. It was the scene at the beginning (the end?) that I couldn't watch. The later scene is shocking too but I was better prepared by then.
There are too many to mention in Antichrist.

I'm sure there are others but I can't think of them at the moment.

Lift cable in Omen II Tame now but great suspense.

The Coppers head outside the cinema in American werewolf.

Anything with Paris Hilton (acting) in it.

There was a rather nasty scene in Last King of Scotland where he's hung from the ceiling by hooks through his skin.

              Moonwalker - pure sh!te

Titanic - when Kate Winslet is calling for Leo DiCaprio who has drowned, what a selfish bitch, hogging the floating debris to herself

The 'scalping' scene in Inglorious Basterds sent a horrible shiver down my spine.

                  Soldier Blue

Colonel Chivington massacred a defenceless village of Cheyenne and Arapaho on the Colorado eastern plains. The screens were very graphic and included US soldiers scalping Indians, and the cutting off a Indian woman’s breast .

The film was released during the Vietnam War shortly after public disclosure of the My Lai massacre. ( A true event when US soldiers gathered up women and children in a Vietnamese village the raped the woman and children and massacred them afterwards in a large pit)

The scene in "The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover" where the body of the lover, naked, roasted and glazed in honey is served up to the thief, who is forced at gunpoint to get to work eating it, using his knife and fork to cut some flesh out of the belly.

After I saw the movie, I read the review, which said, don't eat before, and don't expect to eat after. I had had honey-glazed chicken at a restaurant before.
