              We've just got this one

              Slightly over your £400 budget but if you order it online you can get a 5% discount atm.

              They do a 32" version as well for £350.

                Why buy a panel that isn't native HD?

                Blu-ray, Sky HD, HD freeview all look terrible on these so called HD ready obsolete low res panels.
