      To be honest I cant recall any permies being rude to me, perhaps its the carefully constructed 'Columbo- like' persona I give off, maybe I'm too 'mumsie' or maybe its because I'm friendly, polite and buy REALLY nice choccie biccies for the team.

      But all I do know is that when someone is getting angry with you, the most annoying thing to do is remain calm and polite - like Zippy said, It Really pisses 'em off

          Just had a chat with another member of staff showing me an email from a permie with a torrent of abuse in capital letters. Must be something in the water at the minute!
