I still have to do a fair bit, such as consumer testing, recipe development (although I have a couple of good ones ready), marketing, website and whatnot before I even register as a brewery, and that's a pain in the bum as it is. I can't sell any before I have a duty account with HMRC - and you pay duty up front, before it is sold.
When set up I may do a few special one off's for you lot- shawadiwadi IPA, SKA Russian Imperial Stout/ Majestic Russian Imperial Stout....
Will get set up first though. It's at that stage where if a contract comes up I may have to take it, but don't really want to. So, if one comes up I hope it's only a 3/6 monther.Comment
