I've used Firefox for some years now - seemed to offer better protection when <ahem> 'researching' adult sites. & loved the tabbed windows before MS caught up
Got the Brit English dictionary & McAfee add ins loaded (McAfee is prime contender for removal) & performance is good - but annoyingly when looking at say the Telegraph site it seems to go haywire and drives the system fan crazy - almost as if it's gobbling up system resources - but can't be ar5ed to investigate moreHow fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't thinkComment

I use both IE and Firefox and my preference is obvious and has been posted here many times.
Resorting to name calling from the security of anonymity is both cowardly and pathetic.

And I'm not name calling. I genuinely believe you're ignorant if you use 'being MS' as an objective argument.
I note a lot of your post is deleted. From quoted bits it appears you want to have a fist-fight over an internet browser or something?
And on the 'security of anonymity'... seriously have you been on an internet forum before?Last edited by d000hg; 30 January 2010, 23:56.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Firefox is extremely fast, but slows down tremendously when they start chucking the Google addons etc into the pot.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

Is it Chrome that has that fancy javascript engine so javascript is pre-compiled instead of continuously being interpreted, resulting in much faster processing, or did I just dream that?Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it
