I always wanted to be a lumberjack
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Reminds me of one of my favourite episodes of Cops: They grab this curb crawler and 'companion'. Sit one on the footpath at the front of the car, the other at the back behind the Police car.

They ask curb crawler what he was doing, "Just being kind and giving a lone woman a lift, as it's dark", he replies

They then ask the companion her name, "Juan" is the reply.

      "Juanita?" asks the Police officer

      "No, Juan."

"Oh, I've just gotta see this guys face when I tell him" and wanders back over to the curb crawler.

It was a picture. Classic Cops.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
threadeds website, and here's my blog.

No. I think on this occasion, it was more equitable to challenge negative behaviour, than report it. Reporting and getting people banned isn't terribly nice, and all that happens is the the person being banned gets a slap but not the chance to rescind or understand why.

              IMHO of course.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

                  But apart from that.

                  What are you wearing now?

Don't see anything particularly freaky about transvestitism . Seems fairly harmless. When I saw Eddie Izzard being interviewed one time, he didn't look particularly out of place in a frock.

The offending comment was uncalled for. As well as moronic.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

If you ever get off your sexist high horse about letting women in to the masons, (apart from a singular little club that plays lip service to equality), then I might take you seriously.

Although, to be honest, most women with more than one brain cell wouldn't join anyway.

Haven't you got a vet's appointment to be going along to ?
