That fact alone is a blessing. The sooner Flash is killed by HTML5, the better.

If it doesn't run Flash, then you can hardly (accurately) describe it as being great for surfing the web, can you?

If I can't watch the tennis live online, then I'm not interested. I'm not fussed whether flash is good, bad or indifferent - if I can't access the websites that I want to () on it, then I'm not going to be buying it.

Also, if I need to be using iTunes on it, then I'm out as well, since there is no iTunes for Linux yet.

HP are releasing a slate pc, as are MS in the future so your needs will be met. It'll be running windows though, so it won't be easy and it's made by HP so it will probably break - pay your money and take your choice...
