Go and pick on someone else. As FB mentioned before, it is a lifetime of hard fought and won engineering experience that makes him an engineer. I for one would employ and respect that on ANY engineering project.
Trumped up little tw*t.
HTFH
Seems like anyone on the internet can now claim to be an engineer.
Point proven.Comment

FB, please do not listen to any of this. There is one thing they cannot teach in Uni. It's called "Engineering judgement"
For example an electrical engineer I know tried to shut down the street lights on a stretch of the M25 owing to the leakage current exceeding acceptable limits. The "old school" engineer that oversaw the job got called on site, and was given a dressing down. He took it. Then returned fire. The leakage current was soooo low, like 1/12000 of an amp. The limits are deliberately low, but in this instance the number of traffic accidents would have outweighed the risk of running the circuit for one night with the leakage, until investigative work could be carried out at daybreak.
The engineer was extremely red faced and backed down.
Engineering judgement. It goes a long way.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment
